What is SKINS-NOW?
SKINS-NOW is an online marketplace where players of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive can buy and sell in-game items with ease.
We prioritize secure and seamless transactions, ensuring users can access the skins they want at competitive prices. Our mission is to provide gamers with a reliable platform to enhance their gaming experience while keeping it simple and affordable.
Changing a linked Steam account
You can unlink your Steam account from the Account Settings page by selecting the Unlink option.
Using balance on SKINS-NOW
Your SKINS-NOW balance allows you to purchase skins on our platform. Browse the Market page, select an item, and click "Buy." If your balance is sufficient, the item’s cost will automatically be deducted from your account.
Refilling balance
To add funds, go to the Deposit page by clicking the "+" button in the header menu. Select a payment provider, enter the amount you wish to deposit, and confirm the transaction to top up your balance.
Withdrawing money
To withdraw funds, go to the Withdraw balance section located in the account menu. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the required details, and confirm the transaction. Most withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.
Are there any commissions on adding funds?
SKINS-NOW does not charge fees for deposits. However, currency conversion rates or fees from your payment provider may apply.
How long does it take to receive a balance after a successful payment?
Balance crediting usually takes around 10 minutes, depending on the payment processor. If the delay exceeds several hours, please contact the support team of your chosen payment system.
Refund policy
You can add funds in specific amounts (10, 25, 50, etc.) and use them to purchase in-game items on Buyskinscs. If you’ve partially spent your funds, the remaining balance won’t be eligible for a refund. All purchases are final and non-refundable. You can only request a refund for deposits if the issue was caused by a site error. Refunds may take up to 14 days and will be sent back to the original payment method. Keep in mind that your payment provider may apply additional fees.

How to buy skins on SKINS-NOW
- Log in using your Steam account and paste your trade URL.
- Deposit funds into your balance.
- Go to the Market page and select your desired items.
- Add items to your cart and click "Buy." The bot will process your purchase.
Ensure your Steam account has:
- A public inventory
- The correct trade URL
- Active Steam Guard (email or mobile authenticator).
Where to find purchased items
All purchased items are stored in your Account Inventory, accessible via the right-side menu in the header.
Checking the status of items
Visit the Account Inventory page. Use the tabs ("All," "Active," "Sold," "Sent," or "Processing") to track the status of your items.
How to send purchased items to my Steam account
- Open your Account Inventory page.
- Select the "Active" tab.
- Choose the items you want to withdraw and click "Add to trade."
- Once ready, click "Send chosen items to Steam."
How long does it take to transfer purchased items to my Steam account?
The transfer begins immediately after requesting a withdrawal. You have 10 minutes to accept or decline the trade offer on your Steam account.
